Our Ecommerce Department in Shanghai China is looking for
E-commerce manager (Tiktok)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overview E-commerce operation management including sales achievement, business operation, DP management, promotion management,.
- Responsible for business sales target achievement of Tiktok channel, supervise operation team
- Maximize of traffic, conversion rates, and manage daily operations to push sales volumes
- Plan the ecommerce promotion strategies with sales planning team in terms of discounting and PLC
- Efficient collaboration with all internal and external ecommerce stakeholders, incl. marketing, merchandise, sales planning…
- Analyze daily sales data, evaluate promotion results, effectively interpret outputs and provide robust recommendations
- Explain clear eCom business requirements, deliver product training to DP team and manage DP team to complement tasks in time
- Review DP team productivity, knowledge and skills based on business growth requirements
Your ideal profile:
- Education: Bachelor/Master degree
- Minimum 5 years’ ecommerce experience, with more than 1 years’ experience in Tiktok, Apparel industry experience is a plus
- Strong sales drive and business accountability
- Strong team management
- Solid analytical thinking and ability to market/sales trend
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work enthusiastically with internal and external partners
- Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Language: Mandarin and English
