Job Description

  • Facilitate effective communication (Chinese/English) within and outside the function by conducting accurate translations.
  • Efficiently organize, schedule, and prepare meetings and appointments for supervisors, including the collation of relevant documents and attending to meeting logistics.
  • Collect and analyze reports to provide valuable insights and support supply chain decision-making processes.
  • Ensure efficient file management by taking responsibility for various administrative tasks related to organizing and maintaining documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange company activities with external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Skillfully draft, review, and dispatch communications on behalf of company executive(s), maintaining a professional and consistent tone.
  • Provide comprehensive support to Long/Short term assignment employees in Taiwan, assisting them with work-related activities and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Handle temporary assignments and urgent requests from supervisors promptly and efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in managing unforeseen tasks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Executive assistant or secretary working experience
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English with exceptional translation abilities to facilitate seamless communication between different functions and stakeholders.
  • Exhibits the ability to coordinate and arrange company activities with external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and achieving shared objectives.
  • Proficient in collecting and analyzing reports to extract valuable insights and provide support for supply chain decision-making.
  • Demonstrates the ability to handle temporary assignments and urgent requests from supervisors promptly and efficiently, showcasing flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English & Mandarin
