Main Accountabilities

• Integrate sales & marketing plan and operation of E-Commerce to drive high sales growth.
• Initiate strategic plan across pureplay/B&M channel and co-work with distributor partner to execute the plan.
• Monitor sales forecast planning and sales expense/ marketing budget management.
• Utilize partnership with distributor, enhance Third Partners management.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Bachelor & Above Degree, business major preferred.
• 1+ years of experiences in Cosmetic/ Retail/ FMCG E-Commerce.
• Ability to work within fast growing environments and take action quickly.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Microsoft office especially Excel and Power Point.
• Cross-functional communication skill.
