TASKS
  • Sales activity, development and implementation of a sales strategy
  • Increase sales and profit by acquiring new customers and building an active customer base
  • Establish a continuous communication with suppliers and development of new suppliers
  • Observation and analysis of changes in the market and competitive conditions
  • Analysis of customer needs, customer consulting and target-oriented implementation of solution options with the respective department
  • Conducting sales negotiations and defining the sales modalities
  • Preparation of offers as well as the technical presentation at the customer’s site
  • Representation of the company in the country (e.g. at trade shows)
PROFILE
  • Study background: Bachelor degree preferably in mechanical engineering or similar
  • Experience in sales
  • First knowledge in polymer technology or plastic industry
  • Performance oriented, independent, flexible and proactive
  • High customer orientation and communication skills
  • Distinct willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility and to constantly develop yourself further
  • Distinctive and structured way of working
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office products
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in Chinese (Taiwan) and English
