We are building a company that makes work more interesting through a focus on collaboration and creativity. We encourage our team members to take initiative, express their opinions and actively share and learn (e.g. through our weekly Lightning Demos and Sharing Sessions as well as internal events such as Workshop Day and InnoFest).

Responsibilities
  • Create and promote a plan to implement customer-focused and data-driven marketing campaigns across all digital channels to fulfill the company’s business aims and brand goals.
  • Establish a framework and point of view for the application of media mix models and multi-touch attribution that supports budget allocation and decision-making.
  • Metrics used in own product marketing, such as product adoption and incremental revenue from product use.
  • Build frameworks and processes that are repeatable, scalable, and focused on user and team growth.
  • Oversee the customer experience and in-app content strategy.
  • Hire and train exceptional marketers, mobilizing them to carry out the common vision while assisting them in achieving their own career development objectives.
  • Organize a team to create product positioning that appeals to customers and sets us apart from competitors’.
  • Work with the leadership team.
Experience
  • Having produced growth results internationally for more than 12 years as a marketing leader.
  • Working knowledge of B2C software companies (both app & web versions).
  • Deep understanding of direct response measurements and attribution models.
  • Ability to interpret complicated, heterogeneous datasets and translate them into insights that inform plans and solutions.
  • The capacity to get support from a sizable team and acquire stakeholder buy-in on novel, tough, or complex ideas.
  • A solid track record of working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and high emotional intelligence.
Education

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar subject.
