Summary:

In-house server and software products validation through entire product lifecycle from POC to EOL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and debugging efforts to identify root cause and resolution.

• Ensure issues are solved on time with quality and urgency.

• Monitor and track technical issues, risks and priorities.

• Coordinate with internal/external resources to expedite the debug progress and to facilitate product delivery.

• Establish test plan to prevent identified issues.

• Establish and improve the debug process based on the program learnings and optimizations.
