Digital Communication Manager Job Description

The DCM is responsible for the daily brand digital campaign management, execution and performance review. This job will require strong project leadership, communication with internal and external parties.

Brand digital campaign management (FB/IG/LINE/CRM/ e-commerce)

· Digital campaign design and management

· Project management to work with digital creative, media agency and in-house designer

· Brand social, digital and channel event calendar management

Content design and execution

· Contribute to brand content and idea generation

· Copy writing & post development /upload/ submission

Media performance review and optimization

· Review past marketing and digital media performance

· Work with brand team and external agencies to identify media opportunity and develop improvement plan

Requirement

· Understand digital media landscape and consumer insights

· Digital media knowledge including planning, execution and review

· Great communications and production-know-how skills to engage with consumers cross different media touch points

· At least 2~3 years of related experience in digital, communications, social media or media operation

· Previous e-commerce experience would be a plus

· Performance marketing/ e-commerce experience

· Google analytic

· Photoshop/illustrator
