What You’ll Be Doing

:

DFT/CAD engineers at NVIDIA own the testing methodology from strategy definition through, logic design and insertion, pre-silicon verification, pattern generation, and ATE bringup. This position will focus on all of the above for NVIDIA chips, with special emphasis on ATE bringup, pattern/generation and validation, yield debug, failure analysis and volume diagnosis for ramp to production.

What We Need To See
  • Graduate student
  • Understanding of DFT logic, fault models, ATPG, and fault simulation.
  • Strong programming skill of C/C++/Python
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • In depth understanding of design flow
  • Successful implementation of chips during the study
  • Experiences in software developments using C++ or Python
  • Understanding of machine learning
  • Good command of English
