- Development Engineer for substrate layout of electronic components.

- Creating layouts for new sensor devices including design rules and bill of material administration. Review of process capabilities on market and enhanced production technologies.

- Consulting package design on layout topics.

- Team work in English language with a multitude of international interfaces is mandatory.

- 3-8 years experience in packaging/assembly/ test of semiconductors

- More than 3 years experience in substrate or PCB layout

- Familiar with AutoCad or similar CAD software

- Very good English skills

- Ability to travel
