協助國泰集團在東南亞規劃並導入數位轉型專案，包含但不限於以下：
(1) 佈建並優化越南子公司(產險)數位平台，包含官網及業務員App。
(2) 擬定數位平台發展策略，提出解決方案並帶領團隊規劃與執行。
(3) 管控專案進度，與開發團隊合作，確保上線功能時程及品質。

(1) 須具備數位平台規劃經驗（具備 UI/UX 規劃或金融保險經驗佳）
(2) 具備商業簡報製作能力
(3) 能使用英文與越南團隊進行工作溝通
(4) 重視團隊合作與獨立執行能力
(5) 能配合集團政策出差／外派越南

(1) Experience in digital platform planning (UI/UX planning or financial insurance experience is a plus.
(2) Ability to produce business presentations
(3) Ability to communicate with Vietnam team in English
(4) Ability to work independent and teamwork
(5) Available for short term business travel or long-term assignment in Vietnam
