Business Function

Data Chapter Team works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s to leverage data to deliver business outcomes. As a Data Chapter Data Governance Specialist who will support the data management practice , is to execute the 4 pillars of DBS data governance model: 1. Data Ownership, 2. Data discoverability , 3. Data Quality and 4 Data Access. Also leading the data management related exercise example DDOM, ADA ingestion, computation and etc

Job Description

• Support DataFirst initiatives on Bank-wide governance according to expectation.
• Work with BU/SU Data Champions to ensure the pillars of Bank’s Data Management Policy and Standards on the 4 pillars are satisfactorily executed in RMG.
• Attend the monthly Data Governance Committee (DGC) and disseminate information to Data Champions for follow up if applicable.
• Ensure issues in the Data Quality Log are properly followed up, status reported and resolved within expected timelines.
• Ensure Critical Data Attributes have Date Quality monitoring in place.
• Ensure Data Chapter owned data has complete and proper business metadata in place
• Ensure Data users to have proper data access timely.
• Support DDOM exercises in BU/SU
• Support ADA data computation, data architecture and data ingestion
• Support ADA end to end environment governance and control
• Responsible to maintain the data environment of ADA

Requirement

• Master level of Knowledge of Data Management
• Moderate level of Project management experience, Business knowledge of Bank’s process and systems, MS Excel and Sharepoint Application
• Expert level of SQL query script, Sparkola, Python, Node.JS、AWS、FCM、MySQL、Redis、DynamoDB、Websocket、Rest APetc
• Ability to work as a team, contributes positively and constructively towards achieving the vision of the department
• Report to Unit Head
