Main Responsibilities
  • Possesses and effectively utilizes knowledge of current policies and procedures to handle the daily customer service work.
  • Identifies customer problems and uses proper techniques in decision making to resolve.
  • Provides orientation training and job conduction for assimilate/engage new Customer Service Rep.
  • As a group leader to provide sufficient Customer Service trainings in the team
  • Be the bridge between team and counter part per business requirement.
  • Provide feedback to team members and implements new policies and procedures if necessary.
Experience Required
  • Customer Service experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Warehouse experience will be a plus
