The Position職位概述Job Summary:The Customer Partnerreports to the Territory Lead of Diabetes Care .This is position for sell and promote RDC products in assigned areas including hospitals, GPs, patient clubs, medical device shops and pharmacies to achieve sales and related KPI and ensures the achievement of the Company’s sales and profit goals by placing customers at the centre of everything we do. 客戶夥伴向糖尿病照護部門的區域經理報告,該職位提供在指定的區域包含醫院、診所、病友會、醫療器材行及藥局銷售推廣RDC相關產品以達成銷售及各項KPI指標,在執行市場策略扮演重要的角色,並藉由以顧客為中心的理念,確保公司達成銷售和利潤目標主要工作職責Main Tasks & Responsibilities :- Be fully embracing the Operating Principles mindset and new ways of working. 完全展現Operating Principles思維方式和新的工作方式

- Ensure strong customer engagement through exceptional customer experiences. Accountable for managing customer relationships and lifecycle by ensuring their needs are properly understood and addressed with Roche Diabetes Care solutions. 通過優秀的客戶體驗確保強大的客戶參與度。確保顧客需求被羅氏糖尿病照護解決方案正確理解和解決,並負責管理客戶關係及其黏著度。
- Lead the development and implementation of solution-based sales strategies while ensuring the sharp execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize our solutions’ market penetration and market share growth. 領導基於銷售策略開發與實施的解決方案,同時確保營銷策略和活動的快速執行,以最大限度地提高市場滲透率和市佔率。
- Responsible for all sales channels; i.e. hospitals, clinics, retail, corporate sales, etc. in the Sales Chapter. This necessitates very close collaborations with the Key Account and Partner Management team to expand our market coverage and efficiently influence customers’ buying decisions. 負責所有銷售通路;即銷售分會中的醫院、診所、零售、企業銷售等。這需要與大客戶和合作夥伴管理團隊密切合作,以擴大我們的市場覆蓋範圍並有效影響客戶的購買決策。

- Achieve sales target and KPI of the assigned territories and channels 達成公司所訂之業績目標及各項KPI
- Expand RDC product penetration to potential GPs with high PwDs cases and acquire HFT( T1, T2 insulin, and GDM) 擴展及銷售RDC產品至有潛力的高糖尿病收案數診所及獲得高測瀕(T1, T2胰島素 及妊娠糖尿病人)
- Accelerate product off-take and manage customer inventory 加速產品迴轉及客戶端庫存管理
- Comply with the regulations on business visit schedule and customer visits quantities 遵守業務拜訪行程及客戶拜訪數之規定
- Secure Accu-Chek market share in responsible HCP, retail sector and T1 PwDs market 確保Accu-Chek在所負責的醫療、零售通路及T1糖尿病患使用者的市占率
- Implement marketing programs and customer service with quality and ensure the program objectives achieved 執行行銷活動及提供高品質的客戶服務,並確保達成活動計劃目標及客戶滿意度
- Build a strong relationship with HCP and trade and motivate them to endorse and sell RDC products instead of competitors 與醫療、零售客戶建立強而有力之關係,並鼓勵客戶推薦及銷售RDC產品
- Collect competitor intelligence and develop counter actions. 收集競爭對手的情報並制定應對措施
- Provide required reports on-time and accurately 準時及正確地提供公司要求之報表
- Ensure the arranged visit itineraries to execute correctly. 確實行程拜訪
- Other tasks are assigned by Line manager, BU Head 直屬主管、部門負責人交辦的其他任務
- Apply FOC and Demo as guidelines and ensure write off the application monthly 遵守並落實公司FOC及Demo品銷帳規定,並確保每月核銷
- Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition 執行業務時要完全遵守商業和競爭行為
- Timely report customer complaints/problems to Call Center to for documentation and evaluation of further escalation to global as appropriate. –DCS 001 遵循DCS001及時將客戶抱怨/問題提報給客服中心,以讓客服人員記錄並評估是否進一步上報至全球投訴系統中
- Communicating with customers for Roche issued Notifications where the information is valuable for customers to correct and proper use of purchased Roche products –DCS055 遵循DCS055與客戶溝通羅氏發布的通知,提供有價值的訊息給客戶糾正和正確使用購買的羅氏產品
- Ensure that all prepared promotional contents are consistent with the local regulation and are reviewed through internal review process before delivering out of the company, and ensure all approved promotional materials from local government are valid. –DCS 045 遵循DCS045確保所有宣傳的內容符合當地法規,並於之前通過內部審核流程進行審核,並確保所有被當地政府批准的宣傳材料有效性。
