Job Description Summary
Reporting to Service Director, the Fulfilment Manager is responsible for fulfilling material and services demands, logistics plan, project control management, and of assigned maintenance contracts.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Function as the primary internal contact point to drive contract critical system process and coordinate internal GE functions such as Parts team, Field Service Teams, Sourcing, finance and others to ensure smooth contract management and successful execution of assigned contracts.
  • Ensure contract scope of work for cost /CM estimation to place internal and external POs as required.
  • Raise bonds, insurances and confirm tax compliance relating to the contract execution.
  • Flag and control estimated cost and actual expense deviation timely.
  • Manage billing, cash-in and cash-out in a timely manner and support/track past-due for finance pacing to meet operation target.
  • Pre-alert, verify and prevent any contract risks and LD.
  • Update and manage change orders.
  • Hold accountable on those tasks or assignments appointed by Service Director and deliver the results expected.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent experience in related industry
  • Strong experience in related industry .

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Practical knowledge in planning, subcontracting and cost control
  • Proficiency in English and strong computer application skills
