Our CRM Department at the Shanghai Headquarter in Shanghai, China is looking immediately for a highly motivated
CRM Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- [System maintenance]Ensure all optimization will be on schedule with full trial and error process; Conduct day to day administration of CRM system; Keep customer database updated making integration with all related customer contact channels; Routine works to solve CRM operational or systematic problems, incl. customer data revision or data collection; Use the CRM best practice to suggest innovative ways of improving our CRM capability; Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and information governance; Co-work with 3rd party to ensure all project qualities, ensure all briefs to the suppliers and agencies clearly define requirements.
- [Effectiveness of activation module]Know more about our customers by CRM data-mining and research to find right ways communicating with them; Provide CRM know-how of customer activation to propose better CRM activation planning for gaining sales; Liaise with cross functional teams to highlight areas of improvement in the process and apply fixes/efficiencies wherever possible; Work with external suppliers to define and understand customer segments, that guide content and contact strategies to maximize ROI; Research CRM segmentation methodology with external suppliers to find the better way for customer activation efficiency.
- [Data analysis and application]Manage the data briefing process to ensure there is a clear roadmap of CRM analytics projects; Analyze CRM related data vs. sales performance to find sales opportunity; Analyze customer database to identify trends and insight for the business; Provide routine CRM data & business analysis & submit CRM report to CRM manager.
- [Omnichannel Campaign support]Liaison with brand/ marketing/ sales team and supplier to ensure integrated campaigns are executed smoothly and on time; Execute end to end campaign delivery from setup to deployment, including selecting data through to the production of campaign analysis reports; Coordinate all elements of the mailing list production up to the point of delivery; Track and Report Campaign Performance and Customer Profile.
- [Implementation and training]Market research sharing to explore more successful CRM case study; Organize CRM routine meeting for KPI tracking and learnings through diff. customer activation plan; Prepare system road show presentations and launch communications to promote the system as a valuable business development tool and drive user engagement; Prepare training materials for new SOP or function with proper description for sales and marketing teams; Support the delivery of a training program for standard users and super-users.
Your ideal profile:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CRM planning and execution, preferably in the Fashion/FMCG/Retail industry;
- Good at analysis, communication, and logically;
- Have strong Excel skill;
- English: good at reading and written, workable verbal communication is a plus.
