Job Summary

• Processes DTC website transactions daily including accounts receivable invoices, credit memos, payments, and merchant fees
• Ensures accurate reporting of customer charges utilizing downloaded report data from banks and merchant websites
• Review accounts receivable aging reports to ensure that customer accounts are reconciled and that all payments, deductions, and credits have been identified and processed.
• Analyzes accounts receivable transactions daily, including merchant fees, to separate timing differences from variances requiring further research.
• Performs and maintains monthly reconciliations of DTC accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting, identifying and escalating issues to be addressed.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from customer service and operations teams
• Actively identifies issues and opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, for example, to automate transactions.
• Maintains procedure documentation for the DTC accounts receivable process, addressing unique elements of the business.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Partners with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely processing of
• customer credits, exchanges, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
• Partner closely with operations teams to effectively monitor and manage warehouse.
• inventory tasks related to customer shipments, exchanges, and returns.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with AR, understands some AR related tasks and the basic elements of the AR weekly/monthly cycle
• Must be able to easily conversate in English, not afraid to speak up in English. Same with Mandarin/Taiwanese.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting
• A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to handle a high volume of transactions with minimal supervision.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software
• Competency with email and internet software including Google suite.
