Our client is a leading Beauty Brand with an exciting development plan in the coming 3-year horizon for the Taiwan market. With a long-term approach in their business philosophy, they strive to increase brand awareness in the market by offering new experiences as well as building on their existing brand expertise.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Head of Asia, you will take ownership of the P&L, leading a full team of commercial and corporate functions, the Group has an ambition of scaling the business the next 3 years. Continue to build on the Brand, CRM and Channel strategy for this direct to consumer market with the support of the regional functional teams. Transforming their current retail and online channels into a sustainable omni channel business, you should also be excited about the opportunity to identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities. As a people leader, you need to influence, guide and continue developing the team.

Requirements

As the right candidate, you would be degree qualified with at least 12 years of relevant exposure. You should have a solid and proven track record with managing retail or beauty category. Entrepreneurial flair with ability to think creatively to develop non-traditional solutions in a complex business structure and environment. Possess strong leadership, teamwork, creative, strategic, analytical and negotiation skills.
