The Role:

• CI Engineer will be responsible for evaluation of new and existing manufacturing process including human work factors, material flow, cost analysis, process optimization and production operations.
• This job will interface with various departments including supply planning, process engineering, equipment and quality.
• Act as Lean deployment leads.
• Align and teamwork with other Operational Excellence activities, creating a more integral approach to continuous improvement in Entegris.
  
  

In this role you will

• Execute Lean & Six Sigma events and projects that deliver productivity commitments in annual improvement planning process
• Work with Action Teams to realize their objectives and productivity targets
• Continue to develop and self educate about Continuous Improvement techniques
• Provide multiple levels of CI support to the organization and gain their commitment to use continuous improvement tools and methodologies
• Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean tools (Performance Dialog, Problem Solving, 5S and Gemba Walk), Six Sigma tools (DMAIC).
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run statistical analyses and provide improvement suggestions.
• Coach and develop employees in Lean & Business Process Improvement in professional expertise.
• Proactively enable plant productivity & efficiency improvement through Lean and means & methods improvement.
• Cross plants integration, collaboration of lean projects and activities.
• Use Office 365 Apps to enhance working efficiency.
  
  

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• Education: BS/BA or above
• Experience at least 2 years using continuous improvement tools and lean activities
• Green or Black Belt certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies & tools
• Project oriented leadership to facilitate cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
• Adaptable to variety of working environment (e.g. plant, office, customer’s site, etc.)
• Office 365 apps application, Power BI; Power automate; Power Apps; Sharepoint; Planner etc..
