About The Role

The Consumer Operations Manager for Uber Eats Taiwan is an important member of the team. You will provide actionable insights, plan and execute our consumer campaigns based on acquisition and membership strategy. The role is also a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and our merchants/partners to improve consumer engagement and to build value proposition for Eats Pass users.

The right candidate will be an expert in planning/executing consumer campaigns, skilled in project management, analytical, and passionate about what you do and ready to roll up sleeves anytime.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze consumer data with competitive landscape observation to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track campaign results, optimize promotions and communications by running experiments or A/B testing.
  • Plan, design and execute co-marketing/partnership campaigns by working with cross-functional teams to deliver win-win collaboration with our partners.
  • Achieve business goals including consumer acquisition, engagement and building value proposition for membership.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the team and initiate innovative events proactively.
  • Launch and operationalize new consumer-facing product features by collaborating closely with cross functional teams such as Product, Legal, Tax, Community Operations, Sales, and more.
  • Increase organizational efficiency by reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks.
  • Build programs that save significant time in execution and add significant value to the business.
  • Help investigate and manage fraud issues.
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, B2B marketing, CRM and/or operational roles.
  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent in presentation and verbal/written communication.
  • Advanced excel (Google Sheets) with an analytical mindset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables while bringing innovative ideas to your work.
  • Traditional Mandarin and English fluency - reading, written, and spoken.
  • MBA, BA or BS.
  • To be a self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, proactive and energetic approach to work.
  • Experience in using data visualization tools such as tableau/Power BI and/or other marketing tools such as App Annie/Mixpanel/Salesforce is preferred.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
