We are looking for a HR C&B Planner that will establish best practices, attract high-quality employees and reduce turnover.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the group program to execute or support delivery included performance management, merit development, talent attraction & retention.
  • Closely monitor the market trends to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Design compensation packages、performance management scheme and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in HR related experience, with minimum of current 7 years focus on compensation and benefit areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, design, facilitate, and deliver C&B programs.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
  • Overseas HR experience or regional / multinational / HQ HR role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation.
