Clinical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading clinical.

2.Oversee the project resources, budget, progress, and compliance with regulations and international standards.

3.Communicate with stakeholders, train and evaluate staff, select and coordinate with vendors, and ensure the safety of patients and the quality of data.

4.Lead the cross-functional project team and deliver the project on time and on-budget.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree in Life Science/ Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong written and oral communication, and technical writing skills in both English and Chinese.

• At least 5 years or more of direct experience in a clinical research function in a regulated environment (medical devices/pharmaceutical industry).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a role which is well suited for a talented, self-motivated individual, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate, and ready to join a new clinical operation team at our firm.

˙ Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external trial partners.

˙ Ability to provide advice and support to trial investigator and staff where needed.

˙ Superior problem solving, ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.

˙ Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or IVD industry, terminology, and practices.

Knowledge of TFDA regulations and their practical implementation. Experiences in global studies is a plus.
