About Our Client

My client is a leading FinTech company that is a top software provider for both 2B & 2C fields.

We are searching for a CTO to be responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision, overseeing the product roadmap and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. This position is responsible for maintaining existing systems, while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of product development, internal software and information operations.

Job Description

• Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
• Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
• Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
• Reporting directly to the CEO
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience strong background in software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, , or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and build strong customer relationships.
• The ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on translating complex issues into simple,
• easy-to-digest documents.
