Key Purpose Of The Job

CHEM-IQSM program was designed and developed to screen chemistries across Company’s global supply chain, at point-of-use in our supplier and factory locations. This program is designed to phase-out the use of unwanted chemical substances and to continuously reduce Company’s chemical footprint, while protecting workers and the environment, ensuring regulatory product compliance in a proactive manner.

Chem-IQSM Manager is a passionate and confident person, who embodies our organization values and who embraces the diversity withing a multicultural environment where teamwork is the core value to success. The role will be responsible to explore and implement all possible options to transform and drive further development of CHEM-IQSM program into an industry leading tool. This leader will engage with key external stakeholders to drive this socialization, adoption, and industry engagement within and outside of apparel and footwear industry.

Internally, the Chem-IQSM Manager will lead the program strategy development, refinement, and implementation throughout Company’s global supply chain while driving for results and improved efficiencies.

The leader in this role shall tenaciously seek opportunities to learn more about our supply chain and continue to drive implementation and roll-out of the program in an effective and scalable way. In partnership with various internal and external stakeholders, the individual in this role will develop workplans with specific goals, objectives and action items to implement the program across Company’s global supply chain, while providing leadership and guidance to the Senior Analyst of Chem-IQSM.

The Chem-IQSM Manager is additionally responsible for communicating program updates to various internal stakeholders across regions and time zones, and partners with external stakeholders, including consultants, chemical industry partners, government agencies, third party labs, and others to continuously refine the program to meet strategic objectives
