商務拓展經理一職為Business Development的重要角色，除維繫企業客戶外，將協助公司研究市場環境與消費者需求、開發合作夥伴、尋找潛在消費市場與目標對象，使其銷售計劃逐步規模化，並提升品牌市場佔有率。

工作項目

  • 年度銷售計畫達成：依據品牌特色市場趨勢，制定年度企業開發與銷售計畫，並達成年度B2B業績；工作包含-企業採購提案製作、團隊檔期銷售計畫與執行。
  • 開發市場：負責產品於企業巿場之開拓，有效開發企業採購名單。
  • 客戶經營：定期拜訪客戶，維繫穩定客戶關係。
  • 業務流程管理，管控成本及庫存。

    • Responsitilies

  • Annual target achievement plan: Develop and implement strategies to achieve the annual sales plan, based on brand characteristics and market trends, formulate an annual enterprise development and sales plan to drive B2B performance with a team schedule for the sales plan and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Market Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive product development in the enterprise market, analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product developmen, and create and maintain relationships with enterprise customers to ensure effective procurement list development. Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Relationship: Conduct regular customer visits and develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to maintain stable customer relationship.
  • Business process management: Cost control and inventory control.
