Key Responsibilities

Understand the customer’s business and process and help customer to define their business needs and objectives through requirement gathering sessions and dedicated workshops which are organized and lead by you. Lead workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations, explaining e-commerce solution’s capabilities and limitations. Understand the eCommerce solutions’ ability and limitation to help customer to refine their requirements according to technical complexity. Scope the business requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements. Capture and structure customer requirements during meetings, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and wire-frames. Drill down on requirements in detail and work with development and consulting colleagues to provide fitting solutions. Make sure the project objectives are clearly defined and realistic and communicated to the internal team. Advice customer on the best practice related to eCommerce process, work-flow and functions. Follow-up on the project delivery with project manager to make sure the delivered work is according to project objectives. Location:Taipei Brand:Isobar Time Type:Full time Contract Type:Permanent
