Position Summary

Act as a brand owner and champion all marketing activities or projects of assigned brand or product lines. Support the Manager to translate brand essence into market specific programs while working closely with cross functions and different local marketing teams (like trade marketing, digital marketing, ethical marketing, CRM, etc) to enhance brand equity, ensure consistent brand positioning and communications. Support the Brand Lead to formulate strategies, initiate, plan, consult, coordinate to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing activities in order to meet sales, profit, market share, brand awareness and other business objectives.

A day in life of Brand Manager
  • Support the manager to strengthen brand equity by shaping the brand strategies of assigned brand(s)/product line(s) at defined segment by directing the development of comprehensive & integrated marketing mix with detailed programs and tactics to promote existing and new products to drive distribution, coverage, awareness and market share.
  • Monitor PFME budget to ensure effective program delivery and recommend advertising and promotion, forecasting, product positioning and pricing strategy.
  • Support the manager to define brand and product strategies and roadmaps by inspiring our consumers via brand vision and essence to accelerate business growth, market share growth and brand awareness. Define communication platform. Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure consistent brand communications and messages.
  • Translate brand essence into market specific programs working closely with different local marketing teams (like trade marketing, market research, digital marketing, institutional marketing, ethical marketing, CRM, etc) to enhance brand equity, ensure consistent brand positioning and communications.
  • Drive advertising agency, media agency and media partner to develop strategy and communication plan to strengthen brand positioning/image
To succeed in the role, the following experience and competencies will be essential
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Previous consumer marketing, brand & product management.
  • Flexible and willing to take challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication skills, able to engage and interact people for exceptional results
  • Assertive, strong problem solving and analytical ability
  • Team player and flexible & open to new ideas
