About Our Client

A domestic cocktail brand that offers a unique and innovative drinking experience. They have carved a niche for itself in the beverage industry, appealing to those who seek something truly distinctive in their cocktail choices.

Job Description
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and objectives. This includes defining the brand’s values, mission, and vision.
  • Brand Identity: Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual and verbal identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences. Use this information to make informed decisions about the brand’s positioning and messaging.
  • Brand Messaging: Define and manage the brand’s messaging and tone of voice to ensure consistency in all marketing materials, including advertising, social media, and product packaging.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its products or services. This involves coordinating with various teams, such as advertising, public relations, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand’s budget, allocating resources effectively to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Brand Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of the brand in the market. Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of branding efforts and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to ensure that the brand is accurately represented and integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure that all marketing and promotional materials adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the brand strategy and performance to internal stakeholders, such as executives and employees, to ensure alignment with the brand vision.
  • Brand Expansion: Explore opportunities for brand expansion, including entering new markets, launching new products or services, or forming partnerships that enhance the brand’s reach and reputation.
  • Crisis Management: Handle brand-related crises and reputation management effectively, maintaining a positive brand image even during challenging times.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals responsible for executing various aspects of the brand strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Great project management skill and experiences
  • At least 5yrs leadership experiences
  • Sales: grow existing and developing business in new channels, familiar with F&B/conveniences store channels, with retail experience is a plus
  • Marketing: enlarge/enhance brand image in market to recruit/retain costumers, via different media tools(adv, social media…) and always has creative/fun/on trend ideas for gifting/packaging/brand co-ops
  • Production and distribution:well managed in production schedule and good comm skill with factory
  • Enjoy cocktail and have fun in making it
