Corning’s Environmental Technologies segment manufactures ceramic substrates and filter products for emissions control in mobile and stationary applications around the world.

Major Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor the production process and leading problem analysis through data and recommend strategy and corrective action for implementation
  • Co-work with Division Engineers for improvement in process and quality
  • Actively take responsibility of emergency during operation
  • Periodically audit the practice of workforce for the PDPC
  • Supervise day to day operation & line performance
  • Ownership for monitoring, analyzing problems and implementing or proposing corrective actions by data driving.
  • Waste reduction in the total manufacturing process
  • Audit PCPD & find opportunity for improvement
  • Carry on new technology receiver improvement result and deploy in production line
  • Support to train the trainer, ex, SOS, troubleshooting guide, fundamental understanding
  • Coordinate production and schedule changes among all associated departments and personnel
  • Lead developments and propose engineering programs in BOD system that can improve or enhance the current process capabilities
Experience & Education
  • With process fundamental understanding
  • One year of relative working experiences
  • Bachelor of engineering related ( Mechanical, Material and Chemical engineering are preferred)
