• Achieve Bandsaw & Irwin/Lenox Tools financial goal
• Supports / develops distributors network
• Coordinates with Asia HQ
• Responsible for product training / new product launch , after market service
  

• Achieve 2021 IWRIN OP of $ 0.7M & Bandsaw OP of $0.7M, total $ 1.3M
• Cooperate with the distributor, implement the sales and marketing programs, accomplish the marketing plan.
• Grasp market trends and have a unique insight into the provision of market trends, provide competitors and customer feedback information accurately and understand of the industry in-depth, get the latest industry information for business development.
  

• Strong commercial experiences
• More than 10 years sales experience
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing friendly personality.
• Fluent in Taiwanese, Mandarin, read and good command of English listening, speaking, reading, writing.
• Excellent personal time management skills.
• Tool & bandsaw sales experience will be a plus.
