The Role

In this position, you will join a great team in Ampere Taiwan, work with top talents in the industry, and be part of the new product development team to transfer and ramp new products into volume production.

What you’ll do

• Support ARM Server CPU characterization, bring up, maintenance and failure analysis from NPI to high volume production on ATE
• Work closely with supply-chain partners and external vendors on test coverage, test hardware(WS and FT), debug and test program implementation
• Drive optimization and continuous improvement efforts on production test yields
• Cost reduction through yield improvement, test time reduction, and other techniques

What you’ll bring

• Solid background in ATE testing, test methodology, and DFT
• Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals and CMOS circuits
• Written and verbal presentation skills in English.
• Be a team player!

Education & Experience

• BSEE or MSEE with 1+ years in semiconductor product test engineering experience
• Software development skills, C/C++, Python
• Experiences with ATE platforms – Advantest 93K preferred
