Job Description

Role Proficiency:

Analyse the business needs of a client or project and perform Business Analysis activities under constant supervision

Outcomes

• Work with leads/Seniors in the team to understand the business objective
• Assist Leads to create software requirements artefacts and deliverables
• Work with leads/seniors to identify solutions options and validate them in a systematic manner
• Have a basic understanding of various BA tasks that include but not limited to:
• Planning stakeholder engagement· Effective approval process· Creation of usage of Business Analysis information· Components required to prepare for and conduct elicitation· Validating information with stakeholders and communication of information· Components involved in collaboration – both internal and external· Maintenance of requirements and its traceability· Requirements and design prioritization· Evaluation of change impact· Mitigation of negative consequences while moving to desired future state
• Assist the Leads in eliciting requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops and other proven techniques
• Follow effective requirements practices such as change control process defined by senior BAs
• Learn about developing process flow diagrams use case current/future state diagrams functional and technical requirements

• Assist in Adoption of recommended tools templates and processes to help with effective decision making and approval processes
  

BA artefacts maintenance :

• Assist in Documentation of the process plus project artefacts
• Assist in Management and clear communication about project artefacts to the various stakeholder groups

Job Description:

• Intel Global External Manufacturing & Sourcing (GEMS) is responsible for managing the outsourced supply chain for our Intel Silicon products. We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst for a 2 year temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The successful candidate will join the Operations Enabling (OE) team and will be responsible for maintaining global systems, processes and tools that support Intel’s outsourced supply chain. This position is located in Singapore or Taiwan Responsibilities:
• Work independently or as part of a team to setup logistics and technical data flows.
• Develop functional and system design specifications for supply chain solutions. Determine best approach to achieve results and provide suggestions to improve policies and procedures
• Configure and develop solutions and perform integrated testing before release for User Acceptance Testing. Adhere to methodology and documentation standards as outlined in the SDLC.
• Designs and implements ERP and Azure cloud solutions based on business requirements. Support business operations configuration.
• Build data pipelines to acquire, transform and load enterprise data.
• Partner with key stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data issues in the supply chain.
• Interface with contact manufacturers to setup logistics and technical flows via Rosetta net B2B and secure FTP.
• Track issues through incident support tickets. Provide feedback to stakeholders on issue status, and issue resolution and closure. Qualifications:
• University Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting enterprise systems. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in Azure cloud application development and deployment. Building innovative data solutions with Azure Synapse, Analytics Services
• Strong analytical skills with prior experience in enterprise systems, database, and integration support.
• Hands on experience in Visio Studio, Power App development platform, Power BI, MSSQL, JSON, Data Lake, COSMOS DB and Data Factory
• Trained in database query and analytics tools
• Deployment experience in Agile, DevOps, GitHub
• Web design knowledge in JavaScript, HTML5, MS SharePoint
• Good understanding in procurement, supply chain and B2B processes.
• Candidate must be proactive, able to multi-task, and set a demanding pace of execution.
• Strong customer service, business partnership, project management and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels and types of users internally and externally.
• Good command of spoken and written English
