Responsibilities

Execute 4P planning through developing quarterly and monthly category plans for:

• product assortment
• planogram management and shelf-layout
• promotional strategy
• price management
• A&CP Budget control and manage category / customer profitability
• Sharpen business plan through on-going data analysis and performance review
• Play an active role in terms of category sales and operating process
• Focus category management on the targeted shopper within strategic framework as set in annual business plan
• Support new product introduction for listing
• Run customer specific category management projects
• Use and leverage account specific category and shopper insights
• Implement customer marketing plan activities
  

Requirements

• A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
• At least 3 years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG industry
• Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels
• Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment
• Self-motivated and can-do spirit
• A good team player, well-organized with sense of urgency
• Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
