• Coordinating 3PL operation and planning for logistic operations to make sure product delivery to customers smoothly
• Managing warehouse routine operations by continuous improving working processes to improve working efficiency and lower operating cost and keep safe on human resources and warehouse inventory.
• Planning and executing warehouse staffs training on warehouse related SOPs and Wis to develop warehouse staffs’ capabilities and capacities. - Coordinating Supply Chain to cross functions communication to sustain high service level within B+L Taiwan
• Effectively overcome external/internal customers ‘logistics service complaints to sustain high service satisfaction
• Make sure warehouse hardware/ software operating smoothly and prevent malfunction and contingency plans and executions. - Cooperating with demand/supply planning to make sure supply customers demand at most competitive cost
• Provide accurate data for management analysis and decision-making purpose from ERP system for logistics stuffs
• Effectively communication with regional/ Global level on 3PL/warehousing related stuffs
• Make sure warehouse facilities effectively operate and maintenance
