Responsibilities

  • Manage/execute daily tasks such as OEM order processing, inventory adjustments, tracking, and resolution of anomalies and customer complaints.
  • Review, manage, and enhance OEM KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Conduct cross-departmental communication regarding OEM complaints, identify issues, and plan/promote improvement solutions.
  • Responsible for cross-departmental communication, coordination, and proposing/planning/promoting improvement solutions for operational processes and system procedures.
  • Participate in new OEM introduction projects, executing and promoting operational launches.
  • Drive other departmental projects and handle assignments from superiors.
  • Train and mentor departmental colleagues, and manage personnel scheduling.
  • The workplace includes two warehouses: (1)高上倉:楊梅區高上路一段150號 (2) 龍潭倉:楊梅區梅獅路二段629號

    • Qualifications

    • Capable of numerical analysis, report creation, and logical solid organization skills.
    • Familiarity with ERP and SAP system concepts, or experience in logistics operations is preferred.
    • Previous experience in logistics operations management is highly desirable.
    • Healthcare OEM operational experience is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
