Key Responsibilities:High Jewellery Business Focus
- Maintain Individual sound record on VHETI sales
- Grow & develop the High End business in Taiwan
- Drive HJ sales teams and boutiques in the field towards new business initiatives and sales opportunities both within, and outside of the boutique environment
- Work with HOB and High Jewllery Sales Manager on driving new collections and challenging HJ items
- Develop a strong knowledge and awareness on High end business among FJA and FA
- Develop sales tools, and educational tools for the network
- Inspire excellent knowledge in gemology and savoir faire (gemologist preferred)
- Demonstrate knowledge of Jewellery manufacturing and be able to link with Chanel excellence in craftsmanship and creativity
- Demonstrate creativity and sophistication in mix and match of Jewellery pieces across different collections and clients’ own Jewellery.
- Collect and share knowledge of WFJ industry and competitors
- Motivate and support the HJ sales teams and boutique management teams
- Develop High End Sales Capability of our HJ sales associates
- Identify and develop new talents to become high end sales specialists/ experts
- To engage VIP and FJA to new Client Experience in Prince HJS and overseas.
- Develop the High end partnerships between the boutiques
- Provide coaching to the team on how to approach and present pieces to potential High Jewellery clients
- Conduct coaching with FJA on selling / ASS of high jewellery pieces on regular basis
- Supervise and observe floor performances of SWFJs/ WFJAs, provide prompt assistance in customer enquiries, and resolve problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction. By observing closely on boutique floor, take a close interest in floor staff’s well-being, and actively provide feedback to HOB & DHOB.
- Identify local opportunities to implement a proactive strategy to target and acquire new Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients
- Strategic planning and assistance to SWFJA / WFJA on High Jewellery CEM management
- Monitor and enforce on client engagement and on building long lasting relationships with High Jewellery clients.
- Closely work with Fashion team to identify and grow the VIP clients database
- Work with individual boutique team members to gain a thorough and personalized understanding of high jewelry clients providing personalized services to them.
- Build relationship with Fashion team to facilitate HJ referral to boutique and Salon HJ.
- Collaborate with all departments and boutiques on implementation of sales development plans
- Support HOB / DHOB in proposing the right High Jewellery product mix for boutique, based on the uniqueness of the boutique, in order to maximize the sale opportunities
- Provide recommendation on repair and quality check of High Jewellery pieces
- Provide feedback from clients on High Jewellery pieces to product team
- Supervise inventory count to ensure no inventory losses. Discrepancies, if they arise, must be reported in a timely manner as determined by the HOB and/or Head of Retail.
- Reinforce to Company guidelines and ensure that proper controls are being followed to prevent stock losses, pilferage or damage through daily briefing and coaching session.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Secondary School Graduate. University graduate a plus
- GIA Gemologist is preferred.
- Solid experience in retail industry, experience in WFJ / luxury background
- Minimum 5 years experience of relevant retail supervisory experience
- Proactive and passionate
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of Mandarin, good skills in English
- Good presentation with excellent interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills.
- Strong customer services mindset and excellent customer service skills
- Presentable appearance
- Open to feedback and able to deliver messages in a positive manner.
