**Responsibilities**

1. As the contact point of cross-border business operation;

2. Be responsible for cross-functional communications to escalate business development;

3. Adapt with fast pace working environment and perform as proactive role to sort out products, match category, and analyze seller’s needs to achieve business goal;

4. Strong research capabilities in price strategies and sales performance to feedback sellers & account managers and improve sales performance;

5. Work with internal teams to develop product launch strategies and promotion plans. Monitor product inventory, assist sellers to implement sales plans.

6. Implement external training/ seminar to support sellers to better understand conventional process and Newegg service.

**Minimum qualifications**

1. Capable of reading and writing English;

2. Related field 2+ years of work experience of product management or operation jobs in e-Commerce industry is prefered;

3. Self-driven and motivate team player.

4. Able to manage multiple tasks with sales, marketing and logistics teams.

5. Able to capture and consolidate sales data into a excel report; good at MS Excel.

6. Experience in e-commerce is preferred.

7. Host regular seller training session and deliver educational material to new/existing sellers, support sellers to be familiar with account operation and platform policy.
