Your main tasks

Your profile

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineer, a related field, or comparable working experience.
  

Experience

• At least 3+ years of Manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.
• Working with multiple CNC controls (Siemens, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
• Working with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred)
• Training as a machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer, or comparable training.
  

Technical Skills

• Excellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Office, Web).
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
• Experience with remote assistance tools (experience with ticketing systems is a plus).
• Analytical mindset to understand and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Experience with CAM software.
• Experience with CAD software (Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor is a plus).
• Strong GD&T knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple support requests.

• Candidate must have permanent resident status.
• Flexibility to travel domestically, and travel internationally occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license and car is required (The company provides a stipend for incurred expenses, maintenance, and usage).

• Hsinchu area (home base) preferred.
