Job Overview:

The APAC Sr. Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote products or services within the APAC region, including Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and demand generation.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including trade shows, physical events, media relations, account-based marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing, etc., to effectively drive new opportunities into the pipeline.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for the APAC region, aligning with corporate and regional business objectives and acquiring sales leads/ opportunities for the APAC sales team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, product marketing teams, and regional managers, to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure effective communication.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with channels to enhance brand visibility and develop attractive marketing programs to motivate channel partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth within APAC economies.
  • ROI Tracking: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is often preferred.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing. With B2B/ IPC / tech industry or APEC region marketing experience will be a plus.
    • Analytical mindset and ability to utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Excellent communication in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills.
