Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Manager to join our based in 台北市內湖區堤頂大道二段301號

As The Air Freight Manager, You Will

• Plans, directs, and monitors high end operational/tactical activities of Staff with primary focus on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both.
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for the air export, air import, custom clearance operation teams and the different tiers with escalation matrixes and measurable KPIs in alignment with the company standards.
• Responsible for set-up and continuous improvement of workflow and operational procedures within the department.
• Responsible for the financial result of all profit centers related to Air Import/Export/coloading business and achieving budget targets defined for the department.
• Manages and controls all ground cost margins and prepares monthly activity / revenue reports.
• Leads all related vendors to ensure the highest level of service is achieved assists and answers customer inquiries and other related customer service functions.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Min 5 years solid experience in Air Freight Forwarding operation.
• Min 5 years proven in tender management and pricing manger role preferred.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree or similar working qualification.
• You have multi-year working experience, ideally with an international freight forwarding service provider.
• You have solid understanding of operation across multiple modes.
• You have excellent communication skills and have the necessary skills for driving alignment and collaboration
