Job Description
- Implementation of the CTS Divisional Service strategy to achieve customer satisfaction and 1-to-1 ratio strategic targets
- Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in the assigned territory
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets and to project the number of contacts to be made regularly
- Manage, call on, and sell products and services directly to customers in assigned territory
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from intense field activity
- Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers
- Introduce new products and service upgrades
- Actively engage in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base
- Meet with customers to identify customer’s current and future needs and then provide one or more optimized Solutions via technical proposal
- Obtain, develop or otherwise prepare, deliver, and present sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs
- Prepare for and coordinate exhibits, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms, and renewal, extension, or alteration of service contracts to customers
- Activate and maintain contract services
- Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people / employees relevant to this mission
- Prepare monthly reports as assigned relative to activity, orders won and lost, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget
- Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments

Experience Requirements
3+ years of relevant industrial Sales experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or similar rotating equipment industry
Commercial Sales background is required
Knowledge
- Must have proven business analysis skills and understand profitable growth
- Excellent understanding of service products portfolio and service operations
- Must be very comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.
- Well written and spoken Chinese.
- Well written and spoken English is a plus. Willingness to improve English skills in a short period.
College in Business or Industry preferred.

- Must be self-directed with a proactive commercial sales approach and results driven
- Strong customer focus and can-do attitude at all times
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Positive thinking & Proactive
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
