Advanced Packaging Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-work with internal counter partners to ensure the delivery of Advanced Packaging product for key North America account in high-quality and efficient manner.
• Identify gaps and requirements of customer’s advanced package projects from concept to production, including early stage of technical assessment.
• As program owner, integrate all stakeholders to drive/conduct customer product development and production ramp on schedule.
• Handle&monitor project proactively by planning, execution, monitoring with internal teams. Ensure smooth transfer and collaboration among organizations.
• Clarify customer’s requests and act as the focal point of customer’s contact. Prepare/host customer meetings, visits, and follow up with action items.
• Escalate issues that may impact overall program plan to management

Experience

• Good language capability
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging and expertise in advanced packaging is a plus
• Proven capabilities in project management and cross-team communication
• A team player with empathy, proactiveness, sense of ownership and growth mindset is preferred
  

Education

Mater degree with Engineering major
