The Role

  • Plan, coordinate and execute matters related to facilities and inventory of spare parts
  • Manage facilities maintain plan
  • Assists perform general office administrative duties
  • Provide necessary support to supervisor for handling administration works
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency (SAP, document control, offices contracts)
  • Make sure implementation of company directions & policies

In this role you will

  • Assists manage office general office administrative duties
  • Make sure all maintain plan on schedule and relevant documents complete.
  • Coordinate activities of department if needed
  • Assists manage contractor of general affairs
  • Provide necessary support to team

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

  • 3- to 5-year experience on project management/control/assisting
  • Capable of communication in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Skillful on MS Word, Excel and Power Point (MS Project as a plus)
  • Familiar with procurement process and schedule/cost control (plus)

Your success will be measured by

  • P - Acting as a coordinator among internal stakeholders.
  • A – Overseeing general affairs administration, tracking schedule/cost and escalating issues
  • C – Optimizing communication process with contactors and internal stakeholder.
  • E – Dedicating project administration and project control to support project completion on time and on budget.
