The Role
- Plan, coordinate and execute matters related to facilities and inventory of spare parts
- Manage facilities maintain plan
- Assists perform general office administrative duties
- Provide necessary support to supervisor for handling administration works
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency (SAP, document control, offices contracts)
- Make sure implementation of company directions & policies
- Assists manage office general office administrative duties
- Make sure all maintain plan on schedule and relevant documents complete.
- Coordinate activities of department if needed
- Assists manage contractor of general affairs
- Provide necessary support to team
- 3- to 5-year experience on project management/control/assisting
- Capable of communication in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Skillful on MS Word, Excel and Power Point (MS Project as a plus)
- Familiar with procurement process and schedule/cost control (plus)
- P - Acting as a coordinator among internal stakeholders.
- A – Overseeing general affairs administration, tracking schedule/cost and escalating issues
- C – Optimizing communication process with contactors and internal stakeholder.
- E – Dedicating project administration and project control to support project completion on time and on budget.
