• Perform month end closing process, such as inventory cost calculation, intercompany transaction, and expense analysis, etc.
• Support finance justifications for cost improvement project or capital project and monitor capital/project expense spending status.
• Support monthly cost forecast and capital forecast.
• Assist Plant with annual budget and five-year plan preparation.
• Financial analysis support for business decisions.
• Perform effective internal control practice.
  

• BS in Finance/Accounting 2. 4+ years min, Manufacturing costing or audit firm experiences preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, work independently and flexible in supporting others when needed.
• Proactive, open-minded, willing to share knowledge and expertise.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and link to business implications.
• Good analytical skills, presentation skills and problem- solving capability
