Primary Responsibility

  • Responsible of new service account development and/or expanding existing service accounts within an established geographic territory or market.
  • Primary responsibility is to get service business and sell spare parts product, and generally responsible for finding and generating new service customers.
  • Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative service product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices.
  • Fully knowledgeable about company products. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in service-related matters; understanding of customer’s service business and spare parts product requirements is necessary.
  • Responsible for meeting assigned service quota.
  • This position requires frequent travel to customer site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a thorough working knowledge of company products, company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of Semiconductor Market sales background, with engineering experience is much preferred.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Job location base in Hsinchu
