Job Description

• Define which authorisations are required for different types of contracts, agreements, financial set-ups, and contractual terms and conditions
• Confirm Trade Compliance in all applicable process areas in EBP (e.g., Service Delivery, Sales, Sourcing, service area Repair & Supply)
• As contact window for BOFT on SHTC license matters
• Provide professional advice on Free Trade Agreements, Contracts, and supply chain activities
• Manage License contract compliance
• Ensure smooth cross-border transfers incl. custom management, authorities’ interface, import/export coordination and support
• Establish and maintain GTS legal and sanctions control to ensure Trade Compliance system process
• Coach and mentor to other process areas and organisations
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Legal or Supply Chain disciplines
• At least 7+ years of experience in Trade Compliance, Import/Export Control, Customs/brokers Management
• Language proficiency in both Mandarin and English
• Experienced in Technology industry and especially in hardware field.
• Experience in implementation of ICP authorization/Certification, handling Taiwan Comprehensive Custom Audit, Import/Export License Management and Certified by BOFT (Bureau of Foreign Trade)
