Responsibilities

• Ability to properly follow protocols, procedures, and instruction, and document all work in notebook.
• Differentiate iPSCs into immune cells, cell culture.
• Design and perform molecular biology and immunological experiments, including in vitro genetic manipulation, characterize immune function in vitro by immune assays (flow cytometry, killing assay…etc) and cell biological/biochemical assays (proliferation assay, luciferase assay…etc), and possible in animal model.
• Perform daily laboratory maintenance tasks including ordering reagents, maintaining stocks, and aliquoting solutions, etc.
• Engage colleagues in scientific discussion, present scientific data to internal and external audiences.
