About Our Client

Our client is tier 1 MNC company and set up general distribution (GD) in Taipei & Knock-down KD Plant in TaoyuanWith people-oriented corporate culture, business embraces different talents to join the team.

Job Description

• To monitor KD manufacturing plant’s quality performance on regular intervals by conducting frequent audits.
• Make sure overall quality requirements and KPI(Key Performance Indicators) targets achieved inline with Head Quarters, Scope of the role includes Import(KD kits) parts quality tracking and reporting and Support for local parts quality assessment and approvals followed SOP approval.
• Responsible for Q release activities during New product launches and support for smoother launch of Series production.
• Frequent review and reporting of KD plant’s KPI actuals(Monthly/once), Leading problem solving approach and capable to conduct Product, process and system audits on regular intervals.
• Keep ensuring final product quality meet overall standard quality requirements.
• Product Quality Audit: Use sampling inspection to audit product quality of KD assemblers and Suppliers, Ensure that all products meet the requirements of quality standards. After analyzing the adverse issues of nonconformity products, ask relevant stakeholders to develop the countermeasures and improve the product quality. Collect the data and report it to supervisor.
  
  

產品質量審核：採用抽樣檢驗的方式審核KD組裝商和供應商的產品質量，確保所有產品符合質量標準要求。在分析不合格產品的不良問題後，要求相關利益方制定應對措施，提高產品質量。收集數據並將其報告給主管2) Manufacturing Process Audit: Plan the schedule to regularly audit the process of KD assembler’s production line, and ensure that the process complies with the standards of quality management. If the process is nonconformity, ask KD assembler to put forward the countermeasures and improve the process. Collect the data and report it to supervisor.

製造過程審核：計劃定期審核KD組裝生產線的過程，確保過程符合質量管理標準。如果工藝不符合，要求KD裝配商提出對策，改進工藝。收集數據並將其報告給主管。3) Product and Process release(Q release) for New product launches: Prepare Q release planner with clear responsibility and target date inline overall project timeline, Conduct frequent meeting with relevant stakeholders, Capable to foresee and assess upcoming Risks and prepare mitigation plan to achieve ontime deliverables and Final Q release signoff before SOP launch. Conduct final build quality assessment by conducting special audits if necessary.

新產品發布的產品和過程發布（Q 發布）：準備 Q 發布計劃，明確責任和目標日期，符合整個項目時間表，與相關利益相關者經常會面，能夠預見和評估即將到來的風險並準備緩解計劃以按時實現SOP 發布前的可交付成果和 Final Q 發布簽核。如有必要，通過進行特殊審核來進行最終構建質量評估4) Problem solving for Import and Local parts Q issues and Diagnostic solution for vehicle testing issues: Liaison with Head Quarters and KD plants for problem resolution meetings and develop to necessary escalation forum. Capable to learn and support Diagnostics issues for Vehicle testing parameters issues.

解決進口和本地零件 Q 問題和車輛測試問題的診斷解決方案：與總部和 KD 工廠聯絡，召開問題解決會議，並發展為必要的升級論壇。能夠學習和支持車輛測試參數問題的診斷問題5) Check Quality Report: Check monthly report of substandard products made by KD assemblers and keep tracking improvement action plan.

檢查質量報告：檢查KD裝配商製造的不合格產品的月度報告，並持續跟踪改進行動計劃6) Guide Quality Management System: Maintain contact with KD assemblers at any time if they need support and guide them to establish and improve consistently

引導質量管理體系：在需要支持的情況下隨時與KD裝配商保持聯繫，引導他們不斷建立和改進

The Successful Applicant

• Over 2+ years in Production/ Manufacturing Quality, Durable Products exp -preferred
• Good to Great level in English oral
• Solid Cross-Functions/ Regional Scope Projects exp are preferred
• 此職缺為桃園, 月季度會參與台北總公司會議
