Teads is looking for a Finance Executive based in Taipei, Taiwan reporting to the Finance Director in Singapore. You will play a pinnacle role in managing our successful financial day-to-day operations. What You Will Do

• Be responsible for GUI / E-GUI issuance and optimization of the billing process
• Supports filing and maintenance of original hardcopy tax supporting documentations
• Work with tax advisor for filling regulations (withholding tax filing...)
• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entry preparation and posting during the month and at close of the month.
• Prepare month-end closing reports
• Prepare annual audit materials and cooperate with external auditors.
• Engage in continuous improvement of process to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of operational accounting functions
• Support of monthly payroll, liaising with HR and external payroll bureau
• Support Ad hoc tasks as per business needs

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• CPA or ACCA qualification
• 1-2 years experience in a general accounting role, preferably with financial analysis background
• Strong English proficiency
• Strong knowledge on local financial and tax regulations to ensure compliance
• Highly motivated individual contributor
• Experience in ERP implementation and in Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced on MS Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects
• Experience in the Media or Ad Tech industry is preferred but not required
