DescriptionMolex is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Finance Managerto support our RF business unit manufacturing facilities located in Tamshui and Sanchung (Taiwan). This role will report directly to our Director of Finance and serve as the Finance Business Partner for both Taiwan manufacturing sites. The Business Partner will be part of the Taiwan plant leadership team and play an influential role with driving value creation by assisting plant operations with financial and economic analysis. The scope of the role is highly visible within the RF business unit requiring the ability to work independently and take initiative. The successful candidate will be viewed as a strategic business partner with proactive insights about business conditions, operations, cost, and their impact on performance.This role may be located in Tamshui or Sanchung (Taiwan)A Successful Candidate will have the following attributes

What You Will Do In Your Role
  • Lead the finance function for Tamshui and Sanchung (Taiwan) in all aspects, including operational, strategic, and investment working closely with the Taiwan plant leadership team
  • Establish relationships with key cross functional stakeholders (operations, engineering, product management) to develop a deep understanding of customers, products, costs, investment, and business drivers.
  • Lead financial review meetings with a focus on driving plant performance and accountability around business goals.
  • Collaborate with BU and plant leadership around optimizing manufacturing costs and driving plant performance.
  • Analyze investment projects and growth opportunities to drive the best uses of capital; Develop and present data driven insights to help the business make more informed decisions.
  • Collaborate across both local and global teams on ad-hoc analytical requests with a lens on driving improvements and value creation.
  • Lead and coach a finance team of 3 to 4 direct reports, cultivating an environment centered around growth and development; strive to leverage the team’s comparative advantage.
  • Develop a culture of knowledge sharing and team-based problem solving
  • Drive efficiencies and a culture of continuous improvement and look for new and innovative ways to solve problems
  • Follow Principled Based Management guiding principles and ensure all direct reports apply PBM as part of their daily work streams
The Experience You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 10+ years’ experience, including 5 years’ supervisory experience working in a finance, or accounting related role
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience leading people, projects, initiatives
  • Microsoft Office capability (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bilingual Mandarin and English
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in costing, operations, operations excellence, economics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of key accounting/financial concepts and metrics
  • FP&A background with experience modeling key financial drivers, economic framing, operations strategies, and innovative approaches to data visualization
  • Comfortable working with SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream
