If you are looking for a place for hands-on experience in a fast moving and agile startup environment, this might be the place for you. Fresh graduates are welcome! You will play a vital role in day to day finance operations in the company, work closely with key stakeholders to ensure completion and accuracy of financial reporting while being in compliance with Taiwanese tax and audit requirements.We need someone that is versatile, adventurous, and a hustler that loves to learn many aspects of running a startup through. Zenyum is a fast and challenging environment and you will be expected to go above and beyond to make sure the Taiwanese office runs even faster.Responsibilities：

• Managing Zenyum Taiwan for both local statutory reporting and IFRS reporting standards for Group consolidation
• Work with external Taiwan accountants to prepare bimonthly reporting
• Manage accounting processes related to month-end and year-end close (preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
• Provide meaningful insights and analysis of the actual numbers for performance versus budget
• Assist Managing Director with project budgeting and financial analysis as required
• Job Description for Finance Executive2Responsible for the financial audit, monthly and quarterly tax reporting, and returns
• Identify areas of control weaknesses; implement financial controls & processes to improve the accuracy of Zenyum Taiwan accounts to ensure consistency across the Group
• Collaborate with department heads locally and across markets to understand business objectives and provide accounting advice and recommendations

Requirements：

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a must
• Fresh graduates welcome! 1-2 years in F&A/external audit in Big 4/finance business partnering roles in e-commerce/internet/retail industry a bonus
• Fluency in spoken/written English and Chinese language to liaise with local and regional counterparts
• Highly proficient in MS Office, primarily Excel (V-look up / pivot tables etc)
• Highly advantageous to possess experience with accounting systems like Oracle NetSuite or SAP etc
• Strong knowledge for local Taiwanese statutory reporting requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ambition and a thirst for knowledge and learning
• Advantageous to possess knowledge on taxation matters
